HOUSE RULES To preserve the privacy, comfort and tranquillity of The Atlas Rooftop Residence, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following throughout their stay. Registered guests only Only guests included within the confirmed reservation may stay at or access the residence. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Maximum occupancy: 10 guests The residence accommodates a maximum of ten overnight guests. No parties or events Parties, large gatherings, events and unauthorised celebrations are not permitted. No smoking indoors Smoking and shisha are strictly prohibited inside the residence. Respect neighbouring residents Please keep noise to a considerate level at all times, particularly during evening and overnight hours. Rooftop safety The private rooftop is to be enjoyed responsibly. Children must be supervised at all times, and guests should not sit, stand or climb on walls, railings or elevated edges. Children must be supervised Children should remain under appropriate adult supervision throughout the property, particularly on the rooftop, stairs and outdoor areas. Respect the residence Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, appliances and amenities with care. Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly to Saint Noir Properties. No commercial use without approval Professional photography, filming, content shoots, brand activity or other commercial use must be approved in advance by Saint Noir Properties. Security Please ensure all doors and access points are securely locked whenever leaving the property. Entry codes, keys and access information must not be shared with anyone outside your reservation. Local laws and customs All guests must comply with Moroccan law and respect local customs throughout their stay. Identification may be required Valid identification may be requested for all registered guests prior to or upon arrival in accordance with local requirements. Keep communal areas tidy Please leave the kitchen, living areas, rooftop and dining spaces in a reasonable condition after use. Report issues promptly Any maintenance, damage or property concerns should be reported to Saint Noir Properties as soon as possible so that assistance can be arranged. Departure Please remove all personal belongings and follow the check-out instructions provided before departure. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional charges or, in serious cases, termination of the stay.
