HOUSE RULES To preserve the privacy, comfort and tranquillity of the residence, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following throughout their stay. Registered guests only Only guests included within the confirmed reservation may stay at or access the villa. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests The villa accommodates a maximum of six overnight guests. No parties or events Parties, large gatherings, events and unauthorised celebrations are not permitted. No smoking indoors Smoking and shisha are strictly prohibited inside the villa. Respect neighbouring residents Please keep noise to a considerate level, particularly during evening and overnight hours. Children must be supervised Children must remain under adult supervision at all times, particularly around the private swimming pool and garden. Respect the property Guests are expected to treat the villa, furnishings, appliances and outdoor areas with care. Any damage or maintenance issues should be reported promptly to Saint Noir Properties. Pool safety The swimming pool is used at guests’ own discretion. Running, diving or unsafe behaviour around the pool area is not permitted. No commercial use without approval Professional photography, filming, brand shoots, events or any other commercial activity must be approved in advance by Saint Noir Properties. Security Please ensure all doors and access points are secured whenever leaving the villa. Access information must not be shared with anyone outside your booking. Local laws and customs All guests must comply with Moroccan law and respect local customs throughout their stay. Identification may be required Valid identification may be requested for all registered guests prior to or upon arrival.
