HOUSE RULES To ensure a comfortable, private and respectful stay for all guests and residents, we ask that the following house rules are observed throughout your stay. Registered guests only Access to the property is limited to guests included on the reservation. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval. No parties or events Parties, large gatherings and events are not permitted within the residence. No smoking indoors Smoking and shisha are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any permitted outdoor smoking must be carried out responsibly. Respect the residence Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings and shared facilities with care. Any damage should be reported to Saint Noir Properties as soon as possible. Respect neighbouring residents Maximum occupancy: 4 guests The property may accommodate a maximum of four overnight guests. Minimum stay: 3 nights All reservations are subject to a minimum three-night stay. Shared facilities Pool, jacuzzi and gym access is subject to the rules, opening hours and maintenance schedules of the residence. Guests must follow all on-site guidance. Children must be supervised Children must remain under adult supervision at all times, particularly around swimming pools and shared facilities. No commercial activity without approval Professional photography, filming, events, brand shoots or other commercial use of the property must be agreed with Saint Noir Properties in advance. Security Please ensure doors are securely locked whenever leaving the residence and do not share access information with anyone outside your booking. Local laws and customs Guests must comply with Moroccan law and respect local customs throughout their stay. Report issues promptly Any maintenance, damage or property concerns should be reported to Saint Noir Properties promptly so we can assist during your stay. Departure Please leave the property in a reasonable condition, remove personal belongings and follow the check-out instructions provided before departure. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in additional charges or, in serious cases, termination of the stay.
